We source the majority of our bacon and gammon products from the Danish Crown Group – one of the largest meat companies in the world, who own many smaller local subsidiaries. Their products are renowned for being first class and the best available, which is why we use them at Simpsons Butchers. Our bacon is dry cured which results in no visible excess waste when it is cooked. We also cure our own pork and can cure anything for a special occasion.
