Simpsons Butchers premium sausages are produced using only the finest quality pork products from heritage breeds stock from a local Red Tractor Assured farm. Our bacon is traditionally cured with sea salt to enhance and preserve the flavour followed by air drying to remove water leaving no visible excess waste or shrinkage when cooked, just delicious tasting exquisite bacon.

Our smoked bacon is cured using the same process before going into a smoker at a low enough heat for further preservation and the addition of a subtle smoky flavouring.
