Once you have placed your order with Simpsons Butchers for home delivery, products will be processed and dispatch by overnight courier for next day delivery. Delivery can be made Tuesday to Sunday. If you would like delivery on a specific day, please select your preferred day from the drop down calendar at check out.
For next day delivery orders must be placed by 12.00 noon and delivery will be made the following day for 95% of British postal addresses. If you live on a remote island, sometimes it might take 48 hours, but even then with our Woolcool thermally lined boxes, that is quite satisfactory. Orders received after 12.00 will be processed the following day so we recommend to allow two to three working days to receive your order, especially at busy times such as Christmas.
All consignments are made to order and packed in Woolcool thermal boxes with refrigerant pads to keep goods at an optimum temperature throughout the journey. Everything is provided fresh so that you have the choice of eating some of your order over the next couple of days, or home frozen to eat fresh at a later date.
