Taken from the inside of the rib cage this succulent cut is so versatile. Can be used in stir fry, as a roast, steaks, or opened up and stuffed with the fillings of your choice. Compared to alternative meats of the same cut, it is superb value for money. Minimum weight 450g per tenderloin.
