Dry-Aged Flat Striploin Joint
Succulent, juicy, delicious is the only way this can be described. Taken from Simpsons locally sourced grass fed beef aged between 30-45 days this signature cut is mainly used for sirloin steaks but can also be hand cut to size to make for a classic roasting joint. Ideally left flat, it cooks quickly and carves even easier.
