Dry-Aged Boned and Rolled Fore-Rib
A signature joint from Simpsons Butchers taken from the bone in fore-rib, aged between 30-45 days. With bone removed and rolled for making carving easier, it still packs all the flavour and tenderness of a bone in joint. This truly is a succulent, juicy, delicious centrepiece for that extra special roast dinner.
