Dry-Aged Beef Striploin Joint
Succulent, juicy, delicious is the only way to describe our dry-aged beef striploin joint. Taken from Simpsons Butchers locally sourced grass fed beef aged between 30-45 days this signature cut is mainly used for sirloin steaks but can also be hand cut to size to make for a classic roasting joint.
