Cockerels are sourced from T. Soanes and sons in Yorkshire. 100% Premium British birds these have an outstanding flavour. Very succulent and moist these are great alternative to turkey. Allowed to roam outdoors these slower growing and smaller carcass birds have a much bigger percentage of meat ratio to all the other birds. Very popular at Christmas.
