Chinese Rack of Pork Ribs
This product has exploded over the last few years in popularity, due to being a feature in many restaurants. Taken from the loin and belly and coated in a Chinese marinade these are best slow cooked so they fall off the bone. Great on the barbecue or cooked in the oven.
