This underused and often unknown cut comes from a muscle off the shoulder blade. A superb alternative to one of the mainstream steaks, this is as tender as you will find. A real butchers choice steak, expertly butchered and hand cut for you to enjoy. Best served medium-rare. Great on the barbecue or with crispy salad and hand cut chips.
