This Beef Tomahawk Steak is showstopper of a steak is ideal for sharing or if you are a big carnivore! Weighing anywhere upwards of 800g to 1.1kg trimmed, these steaks are a superb choice if you like succulent, tender juicy steaks. Taken from the fore-rib and fully trimmed to leave just the eye muscle (rib-eye) attached to the rib bone these steaks are best cooked on a low heat to keep the meat from tightening up.
